The Design Process

Our initial step in the design process would be to understand a customer’s product and its function.

We would look at the items to be packaged or displayed, and in conjunction with the customer, determine the most economical and ‘eye friendly’ orientation.

We would then measure the product the establish the accurate size and weight. From this, we would recommend the grade of material required and the style of carton or display that would be most suitable. This can vary depending on whether the carton is to be functional or presentational.

We would then work around any protection, transit or presentational issues or constraints that may be relevant, whilst striving to promote the customer’s product and achieve all-round satisfaction.

Having completed this process, we would then produce a working sample for the customer’s approval or adjustment.
